Who We Are
Our Team
Our close-knit team has been together for 20+ years, helping a wide range of clients work toward their goals. What we’ve learned is that most financial challenges are internal, not external, so our support extends far beyond investment advice.
James P. Debuque, CPFA®, CPWA®, CRPC™
MANAGING PARTNER, PRIVATE WEALTH MANAGER
James (or Jamie) is known for peeling away the complexities of finance to empower clients with knowledge that’s relatable and easy to digest. By combining objective pragmatism with an innate curiosity about his clients’ lives, he designs financial plans that are personalized, straightforward, and actionable.
Beginning his career in 1994 at Merrill Lynch, Jamie’s philosophy revolves around a blend of two core principles: exemplary service and a conservative investment ideology. By favoring long-term estate, tax and investment strategies that are sustainable, he attracts clients who stay with him for the long haul.
After graduating from Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA with a bachelor’s degree in business, Jamie went on to earn his MBA from La Salle University. He holds Series 7 and 66 licenses through LPL Financial, as well as Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CPRC) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA) designations.
Jamie lives with his wife and three children in Doylestown, PA. An active community leader, he heads the La Salle University Bucks County Alumni Chapter and contributes to the Delaware Valley University Business Advisory Council. His voice echoes in local high schools and colleges where he frequently speaks on financial literacy, a subject close to his heart. When not focused on numbers or spending time with family, you may find Jamie running, cycling, or buried in the pages of a good book.
